The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 12 out of 29 passed the Landscape Architect Board Examination. It was held in March 2005. The licensure exam was given by the Board of Landscape Architecture in Manila.

The composition of the Philippine Board of Landscape Architecture are chairman: Carlito B. Pesons; members: Ricardo A. Hilario II and Cecilia H. Tence.

The requirements for the Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate are the following:
a. duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
b. current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
c. 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
d. 1 piece 1” x 1” picture colored with white background and complete nametag)
e. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
f. 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
g. Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2005-2008.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony will be held before the Board on Saturday, March 19, 2005 at 7:00 o’clock in the evening at the Chocolate Kiss, Balai Alumni, UP Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines.
