The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 49 out of 170 passed the Master Plumber Board Examination. It was held in March 2004. The licensure exam was given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila.

The composition of the Philippine Board for Master Plumbers are chairman: Fortunato H. Amosco; member: Imelda J. Perez.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, April 5, 2004 but not later than April 22, 2004. Those who will register are required to bring the following:
a. duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
b. current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
c. 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
d. 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
e. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
f. 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
g. Initial Registration Fee of P400 and Annual Registration Fee of P270 for 2004-2007.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony will be held before the Board on Thursday, April 29, 2004 at 6:00 o’clock in the evening at the CSB International Conference Center, Arellano Ave., Cor. Estrada St. Malate, Manila, Philippines.

Registration for membership with National Master Plumbers Association of the Philippines (NAMPAP) will start on Monday, April 5, 2004.
