The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 10 out of 22 passed the Naval Architect and Marine Engineer Board Examination. The exam was given by the Board of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in Manila. It was held in September 2006.

The composition of the Philippine Board of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering are chairman: Engr.
Jusnedeo Jose E. Pascual; members: Engr. Arsenio M. Lucas and Engr. Rosalio A. Quirante.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 but not later than October 2, 2006. Those who will register are required to bring the following:
a. duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
b. current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
c. 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
d. 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
f. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
g. 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
h. Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2006-2009.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
