The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 214 out of 565 passed the Veterinarian Board Examination. The exam was given by the Board of Veterinary Medicine in Manila, Baguio and Cagayan de Oro. It was held in August 2006.

The composition of the Philippine Board of Veterinary Medicine are chairman: Dr. Angel Antonio B. Mateo: member: Dr. Abelardo B. Agulto.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of
Registration will start on Monday, Aug. 14 2006, but not later than Aug. 31 2006.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
a. duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
b. current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
c. 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
d. 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
e. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
f. 1 short brown envelope with name and profession

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered
Professionals.
